I wouldnt go with that one, looks a little chessy. You usually get what 
you pay for and for $19, I wouldnt expected much, much less to work well 
in Linux. http://www.avermedia.com, has some nice affordable cards that 
I know work well in Linux and especially MythTV. For a few more bucks, I 
would spring for an mpeg2 encoder from them, I think I spent around $80 
and it was well worth it, the recordings were much better, much better 
video/audio sync, etc..
