[nflug] Internet latency

I noticed a similar problem,  it turned out adelphia change the IP's of their
DNS servers for my segment and my local caching nameserver had the wrong
servers  selected in my "forwarders" list (IP's listed in the forwarders
section are queried whe nthe local nameserver doesn't have an answer).  Once
Ifixed that and restarted my local nameserver everything is snappy again.
