Extend Linux Partition

I have

Boot:
 /dev/hda3 on /boot type ext3 (rw)

Root: (I want to extend this)
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00 on / type ext3 (rw)

Swap:
(not shown)

and then the ntfs partition

All shown below
