Start Up not getting past RAM Check

It may have nothing to do with RAM at all either. The next step after 
running a RAM check is to detect IDE drives, normally. It may be failing 
on HDD detections (normally s.m.a.r.t. failure), check your hard 
drives/connections/jumpers, etc.
