libusb on FC2

Edit the ?etc/sane.d or /usr/local/etc/sane.d replace 
"scan-client.somedomain.firm  with the host name of the machine wishing 
to use this scanner.
make sure net is not commented out in dll.conf and add
sane 6566/tcp
to /etc/services
