FC2 & multimedia

Jesse,
    Is it possable I dont have  "apt-get" installed on my system?   When 
I ran the commands you suggsted I get a "command not found" message.  I 
went searching for info and the apt-get  site says I should have 
/etc/apt/sources.list. files and I dont ?
