gentoo does (actually its 3.2.1is "unmasked" (easily installed), though 3.2.2
is still in testing (masked, but installable))

http://www.gentoo.org   <- the easiest distro to keep current, (And probably
one of the harder ones to install,  but worth the effort in what you learn).
