Allaire was bought out by Macromedia, it's now known as Macromedia
Homesite.  I like Homesite, and I love Dreamweaver... I'm not sure of
Homesite's cost, I know it's not free though... Dreamweaver & Macromedia
Studio are quite overboard as far as price goes.
