Non linux Question: Microphone

Since everyone here has ther own favorite place to buy hardware I am
wondering if anyone could help me find something. I am looking for a
microphone that is voice activated and has a strap that goes around
your neck like the navy seals and swat teams use. Even if its not
voice activated that is ok. Has anyone ever seen something like this?
If so where?
