the proper authorities.  ;-)

I think that many of the cell phone headsets with the small round 
stereo jacks would work for you.  When you say "voice activated", what 
exactly do you mean?  What do you want to activate?  If this is for 
gaming, I'd recommend the Microsoft Sidewinder Game Voice:
