symlink and samba

Question: I am running a webserver using RedHat 8 and Apache connected
to a local lan through a Belkin router. I have Netjuke setup and working
fine. However, my music collection is on my personal pc (dual boot win
me and redhat 9) and is too large to transfer to the smaller drive of my
server. Is it possible to symlink to a Samba or nfs share? Any better
suggestions?
