I remember something about this in the past...  Try this line:

./configure --with-qt-library-dir=/usr/lib/qt3/lib --with-qt-include-dir=/us
r/lib/qt3/include --with-qt-moc=/usr/lib/qt3/bin/moc

Then 'make' and 'make install'
