Printer sharing

I am going to be purchasing a hp deskjet 5550 printer - 99.00 to run on linux. I am going to set it up on my Redhat 9.0 box as a print server and share it with windblow pcs. What is the best way to do this? Should I use the gnome printer config wizard or load the printer using cups? Will the window machine be able to print to the linux box que using cups and if so how do I set that up so they can ?  Thanks!
