That's called "Samba".  and it's not too hard to set it up.
What linux distro do you have installed? (some distros add some
cool tools to make the samba setup easier)

You can get more information at www.samba.org.

Also note you probably won't have to download it from there,  your
distro already provides it (it's on your CDs or already installed
on your box...)
