Printing email using mutt

Well, if mutt knows how to print at all, it will probably pipe things to the
'lpr' or 'lp' commands.  If it does that, then there is nothing that you need
to do, other than print since 'lpr' will talk to cups.

I've never used mutt, so I can't tell you how to do it.
