News reader?

Maybe I'm just dense, but I can't see how to get to newsgroups from 
Mozilla Messenger.  It's got a mail and Newsgroups preferences section, 
but everything I see relates to mail.  How do I get there from here?  (I 
use Mozilla Messaeger for all my email and (almost) love it.)
