html table to spreadsheet?

Just off the top of my head, you can use a combination of tr & sed.  Use
sed to replace <TD> with a , & use tr to replace <TR> with \\n.  However,
this might get tricky if you're dealing with nested tables.

Either way, Spreadsheet programs should take csv files for import.
