Importing Favorites (Bookmarks) into a browser

Just a thought off the top of my head...

Does Netscape in Windows have the ability to import IE bookmarks? Perhaps
that could be copied to your linux distribution, assuming it's stored in
some kind of equivalent file format that the linux version uses.
