I've been using PHPNuke for a year on an Intranet site, and although it's 
not as security-minded as PostNuke, I found it a lot easier to set up and 
hack than PostNuke.  That having been said, both were skimpy with 
documentation, although anyone with PHP know-how could figure out the 
process pretty quickly.
