true, but you do not have to use it (you can still use whatever window
manager/desktop environment you want - ximian desktop is really sawmill
using gnome and natulius (sp?) with some nice splash screens and
wallpapers. of course, there is more than that installed, but thats what
you would experience. and since you connect to the internet with a modem, i
would _not_ suggest the large download... sorry!
