Speaking of Quake, 6 months ago I bought Quake III Arena for Linux at EB
in the galleria mall for $9.99.. came in a fancy tin case and
everything, wrapped with a penguin seal. A great buy for any quake
lover, especially for those who want to support the cause and get
retailers to carry more linux software. Check them out or call and see
if its available. The version is Linux specific, however if you need to
play it on ms windows you can download the point release from quake3's
website and copy the pak files over and you have a fully registered win
ver. Of course that all sounds too much like work =)
