That is pretty similar, differences being the memory and slightly larger hdd. I've been trying to tell her that about the price but she feels the warranty makes up for it. Just so you know, this person has been a client of mine for a while and I know her fairly well and I can say this about the notebook, it is probably the most unused used notebook your going to find. I think she only got it for a status symbol :).

Most likely I'd offer her $150.00 for her system. In comparison to other Toshiba's thats all its worth.
