Modem Question

Thanks, anyway. I had no jumpers on the card but got some advice from
mandrakeexpert.com to change my symlink for /dev/modem, It worked great, it
went like this,

rm -rf /dev/modem
ln -s /dev/ttyS4 /dev/modem

I have an internal modem that had jumpers on the card
itself. I was able to switch it to another port and
the problem was solved. That may be an option,
although
in kppp there should be an option for tty4 and cua's
