Wes,
  I use www.tzo.com, it is $60 for a full year. Easy to use, you can use it in any OS, you can have their client run automatic for you. Also you can set the ip address right through the internet right at there site. So if I check my router at home and see the lease ended on the IP and adelphia DHCP gave me a different one I can change it right at here from work.
