You should be able to go to the outlook express program itself and in the
security section, either remove all permissions or deny them all, or as
needed. peter at thecybersource.com

Subject: question for windows2000 admins

hello,

i'm looking for a way to disable outlook express on a windows 2000
machine running terminal services. we're using citrix metaframe to push
the all mighty office 2000 out to our unix clients and we don't want
users using outlook. we've actually found that you can disable the
execution of outlook itself but internet explorer can still call it up.
how evil is that!

any suggestions are much appreciated.
