Mandrake 8.0 - Where is it

I actually burned both.  You should have both to do an install.  You can
install from just the install CD but you'll be missing some goodies.

No need to bring CD-Rs to replace the ones I give you since we have already had
a donation to the group of a pack of them for this purpose.  I'll bring several
with me to the meeting.
